Do you really respond to every message?
Yes. Every single one gets read by a human. Sometimes that human is me, sometimes it's one of three other people on the team. But automated responses? We don't do those. If you write to us, someone will write back.
What if my question is technical?
Even better. Our technical team prefers detailed questions because they're easier to answer properly. Include API documentation, error logs, whatever you've got. The more technical detail, the faster we can help.
Can we schedule a call instead?
Absolutely. Just mention that in your message and we'll send over some time options. We typically do 30-minute calls for initial discussions, longer if the situation needs it.
What happens after I submit this form?
You'll get a confirmation email immediately (automated, that one is). Then within 24 hours, someone from our team will send an actual response addressing what you asked about. If it's complex, we might ask follow-up questions before giving a full answer.
Do you work with companies outside France?
We're based in Toulouse, but our AI systems work regardless of where your company operates. Time zone coordination for calls can get interesting, but we make it work. Most of our clients are actually spread across Europe.
